Manly Men or Romantic Shmoopshy Poopshy's?

The other day I heard on the radio a game for women to play for a small prize. If they were to be chosen they would then be connected to their husband's cell phone, or work phone, or wherever he was to be reached. During this three-way phone call we the listeners, and the radio station could hear the conversation, unbeknownst to the husband. Her objective was to get her husband to talk to her in the cute, baby talk that I quote, "all of us husbands do".
So, Bobbie and I were talking about this very topic just a few moments ago and decided to see who else does this. Please, do share.

First responder here...
I consider myself romantic (no laughter, please), and I have never - I repeat, NEVER - used "cute, baby talk" to communicate with my wife or girlfriend nor anyone else over the age of 12 months. Gag me with a spoon.

I'll be honest; I have never baby-talked anything in my life.

And if anyone ever called me on the phone and tried to get me to baby-talk them, well, that's what the "end" button is for on your phone.

My hubby would probably rather get run over by a lawn mower than talk baby talk... but then again, I would rather he didn't anyhow. LOL! It's the English teacher in me... ;)

LOL No baby talk from my baby. I can barely get him to remember to buy me flowers! ;) We make smoochy noises on the phone- is that close enough?
