Blog Virus
Is setting the Blog to private really a good idea? I have thought about it but didn't think there was too big of a threat.
For now I have the most annoying word verification thing on here at least until I feel fearless of virus'sess's. (Words that end in 's' sound funny pluralized)

Bobbie The Hair Stylist
Camping
We went camping the other weekend for our One Year Aniversery. That may seem a bit strange but it was fun. We only ended up staying for one night due to some technical difficulties with the lighters and stove. It also became very windy and it was already very cold. So we cleaned up camp and went off roading. We then had a wonderful rest of the weekend with a movie night and just enjoying being together. Lucky for us the Army gave us a four day weekend.

I figured it out!!
I started tinkering with some things trying to find out what happened or how to fix some of the problems and WAHLAH, I got the Blog back. Don't ask exactly how. The important thing is that we're back in full swing.

AAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!
We had a technical difficulty with our Blog. We were searching for new template and somehow everything disappeared. Everything but our posts. We couldn't figure out what happened. We couldn't fix it. And now we can't figure out how to add it all back. It seems like since I created the Blog the options have changed on how to set it all up. So if you visit this in the next few days, weeks, years, please be patient. Heck maybe you could help us out and leave your address so we don't have to go back through it all and try to find them all.

Elk in Tennessee?!
There is a good amount of Amish folk out here. So many in fact that they have their own parking spot reserved at Wal-Mart. Anyway, we went out to one of there little stores, 'The Country Pantry' and next door to it is an Elk Farm. It was near dusk at this time so the photos are kind of dark but you can still see well enough. It was so good to see some real animals. The mature Tennessee deer out here look like Utah fawns.

Back by popular demand!!
Bobbie and I have been pretty busy moving into our new place. We have also been busy with other things involving our jobs and such. We have also just not been in a very active mood as far as Blogging goes. Bobbie has been looking at Blogs but we have not sat down and Blogged. Enough of that! We are now moved into our townhouse. We will take pictures soon and post them soon. We hope none of you have given up on us. I would surely hope not seeing as I am the Founder of the family Blogging operation. We must get going now to get our free turkey. Catch you on the flip side. Merry Christmas. AKA Happy Holidays.

Funny story
The other night I was sitting at the computer waiting for Bobbie to get home from class. It was about 9:30 when I heard a scream outside. I thought it to be nothing, just some of the neighbor kids playing. But the thought came to check anyway since it was so late at night. When I opened the door I didn't see any kids or anyone for that matter. I looked to my right down the parking lot and our neighbor next door was standing about ten feet from his door holding a little flash light. Now, our neighbor is extremely shy. We never hear him, rarely see him and before tonight, never heard his voice. I have said hello to him a few times but only got a quiet mumble. Anyway, the scream I heard which sounded like a young teenage girl was actually from a 26 year old man. He was completely terrified of this little snake which was right in front of his door. I walked up to it and flipped his tail to see how aggressive he was. When I did, our friend the hermit, gasped in fear. I grabbed a small trashcan and scooped him up not knowing if he was poisonous or not. I looked it up on the internet and found out he is harmless but took him away to a field anyway. I believe him to be a Rat Snake. Stretched out he is about 12 inches or so. Snakes in this area of the country with round pupils are non-venomous.

Love Fishing
I have discovered a great fishing spot. I have caught two different species of catfish there along with Smallmouth Bass and Bluegill. This is a 22' channel cat I caught last weekend. He is filleted and frozen along with another smaller channel and a blue catfish almost as long but about twice as big around.

These pictures here show me stuck in very soft clay. A guy in a Jeep came out to chat and when he tried to leave he just spun in the clay. I offered to unstuck him with confidence but got stuck myself. His Jeep is so light that it wouldn't really dig down, my truck just kept getting deeper and deeper.

With lots of digging and pulling with his Jeep we were able to pull it out. The two here are Amy and TJ Jones

When I go fishing by myself I bait Bobbie's pole and let it sit while I use mine with different techniques. During this little adventure I had left her pole baited. Later I went to get the camera to take these pictures and discovered that a fish, probably a good size catfish, swam off with the pole. You could see in the mud where the pole was drug into the water. Amy told me that their neighbor caught a 93 lb. catfish just across from where we were. I don't think it was quite that big but it got me excited to catch a big fish. After getting unstuck I caught two more cats.
